Booster COVID vaccines

The NHS is working on plans to offer:

  • a booster dose to everyone aged 18 years old and over
  • a booster dose to people aged 16 years old and over with a severely weakened immune system
  • booster doses from 3 months after the previous dose – currently it’s from 6 months after the previous dose
  • a 2nd dose to all children aged 12 to 15 years old who are not already eligible

Eligible patients are also now being invited to book a booster vaccine at the local COVID vaccine centre at Albert Jacob House, 62 Roman Road E2 0PG. Please respond to the invite text to book or alternatively call 0207 650 1998 between 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri to book your booster appointment. Albert Jacob House are also offering limited drop in vaccinations on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9.30am-6.30pm. 12-15 Year old drop in sessions are on Saturday and Sunday only. First and Second Covid-19 vaccines It is not too late to get your first and second COVID-19 vaccines and we strongly urge everyone eligible to get one including those aged 16-17.
